XTREME

The XTREME project is an intersection of multiple art forms - dance, music, theater - with acrobatics and sport.
Starting from gymnastics, XTREME creates a unique combination of spectacular acrobatics and dance moves of modern dance. Combining sports with several art forms makes XTREME a unique project on the Romanian market. XTREME shows are always different. Each project is designed especially, from the choreography to music and elements of acrobatics. Whether it's a show on the ground or on a building facade, either using scarves, hoops, balloons or transparent strings, XTREME always creates a show of emotion and surprise.

Doru Mois, the founder and trainer of the group, is an athlete with gold medals at European and International Championships of Aerobics. After a collaboration with celebrated choreographer Debra Brown, a Grammy-winning artist, and touring throughout North America, Doru Mois returns to Romania with a recipe of international success, improving it with his own elements. Thus is born XTREME, a group of acrobats which goes beyond spectacular, achieving performance through uniqueness.

AD-HOC

AD HOC is the project of a few young students or graduates from the musical field, who wish to promote the music of old.

They chose medieval music for its specific melody, which maintains this music through the ages and makes it beloved by different audiences.

By studying, they found that medieval music is good for the heart and mind, so they decided to share it with others.

Their repertoire is diverse, with musical pieces taken from the Middle Ages and covers of successful international artists which promote the same kind of music: Blackmore's Night, Loreen McKennitt, etc..

TiPtiL

TiPtiL set out to become an “exercise for the senses”, therefore the music they create is filled with color. Bujor Stoicovici, Raluca Staicu, Andra Covaleov, Ciprian Moisescu and Cretu are high-ranking musicians that, next to virtuosity have also got “the groove”, a special sense of rhythm, that simply won’t let you sit still.

<br />

The musical style that TiPtiL plays is jazzaggaefunkdancefun, difficult to pronounce, but easy to understand if you atend just one of their concerts. They combine various styles in a hard-to-define musical cocktail, where the energy of the two feminine voices and the groove of the band make you feel like... well, like you’re in a shaker. Scientists have discovered, after extensive studies, that members of the audience at TiPtiL concerts shift their center of gravity. The normal laws of gravity no longer apply, so even the most static of them start moving, regardless of their will.

Though a young band – with only two years of activity behind their backs, TiPtiL have already conquered the hearts of important segments of the audience and boast a prestigious portfolio: concerts at the international film festival TiFF; responding to an invitation from The Romanian Cultural Institute they’ve represented Romania at Romanian Music Nights in Berlin; the finalist and winner of the jazz award at the Stufstock Newcomers stage in 2010, a finalist at the Global Battle of The Bands competition in 2010 and many more.

CELELALTE CUVINTE
With 30 years in music and an almost unchanged formula, Celelalte Cuvinte has one of the longest careers as a rock band from Romania.

Preserving over time both line-up (Calin Pop - vocals, guitar, Marcel Breazu - bass, vocals; Leontin Iovan - drums, Tiberiu Pop - keyboards, vocals, Ovidiu Rosu - sound engineer), and style, Celelalte Cuvinte has become a legend of Romanian rock music, with a unique identity and a clearly defined musical imprint, in which there can be no compromise.

The bandCelelalte Cuvinte is an important and essential part of Romanian music.

Music critics and fans appreciate the inspired lyrics, the emotions and dreams that they stir, the ability to be always different, without sacrificing personal touch and belief.
